Willis accelerates acquisition of French giant Gras Savoye
International broker Willis has offered €550m (£392m) to buy the remaining 70% stake it doesn't own of France giant Gras Savoye.
Willis was originally expected to buy the remaining shares in June 2016 under a 2009 call option agreement but the broker has now formalised its offer and hopes the transaction can be completed by
