Ping An buys Marsh's UK head office building
Chinese insurer Ping An has bought office and shopping complex Tower Place in the City of London for £327m.
Ping An, advised by Gaw Capital, bought the Norman Foster designed 35,700 square foot building from Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management.
Marsh has been in the building since 2003 as one of its first
