Aon acquires 80% of Spanish broker GDS
Aon Corporation has agreed to acquire 80% of Spanish insurance broker GDS from banks La Caixa and Banca March.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed but the Aon said it has an option to purchase the remaining shares at a future time, should it wish to do so.
La Caixa will continue to hold a percentage stake
