Insurers and brokers too resistant to change
Resistance to change is the biggest weakness for insurers and brokers, according to a survey by JLT at the 9th annual Global Communications, Technology and Media forum in Salzburg.
Some 44% of respondents said that resistance to change is the greatest obstacle for insurers, while 39% said it was the biggest weakness for brokers.
Around 59% of attendees believe that the insurance
