Career development: RSA reveals ‘learning lab' plans
RSA has unveiled a training programme for staff in its 22 ‘platinum' broker partners in the South East.
The initiative, which will be launched in October, will see the insurer set up ‘learning labs' on local trading sites, which will focus on technical training and soft-skill development.
