Bluefin unveils new COO
Bluefin has appointed Tim Philip to the newly created position of chief operating officer.
Philip, pictured, takes his new role with immediate effect, having previously worked as chief financial officer at Bluefin, a position he took up in April 2013.
In his new role Philip will retain
