Brightside targets £17m technology acquisitions
Brightside is clearing the way for a £17m deal to acquire E-Systems and e-development, according at the group.
The proposed technology acquisition of software house eDevelopment will provide Brightside with total control of the specification and timing of the development of its online distribution capability.
