Brokers call for harsher fraud deterrent
A large number of brokers believe there should be higher penalties for insurance fraud and a central database of fraudsters to help deter fraud, according to a new survey.
Of more than 200 brokers interviewed by Groupama Insurances, 93% felt the penalties for fraud need to be harsher to act as a deterrent; and 95% felt the insurance industry should share more
