JLT Insurance Management Malta welcomes new shareholder
JLT Insurance Management Malta a joint venture between JLT Insurance Management Limited (JLTIMG) and Elmo Insurance Limited, a Maltese domestic insurer, has confirmed that Risk and Reinsurance Solutions SA (2RS) will become a 33% shareholder in JLTIMM after approval was granted by the Malta Financial Services Authority.
2RS is a subsidiary of Siaci Saint Honoré (Groupe Edmond de Rothschild) the French broker. According to JLT, the firm is the 3rd largest captive management company in Continental Europe.
