Insurance companies may be missing out on easy wins in terms of enhanced productivity and retention rates by failing to adequately consider the apprenticeship model. That is the view of Chris Humphries, chief executive of the UK Commission for Employment & Skills, who advocates greater take-up of the model within financial services companies.
