Claims have been rolling in from the storms that hit the Western Australian state capital or Perth on 22 March
Claims totaling A$650m have been lodged, the Insurance Council of Australia told newswire Bloomberg.
About 89,000 claims have been lodged, the council's spokeswoman, Sandra van Dijk, said in a phone
