French regulator sees no evidence of Scor share price abuse

The Authorité Des Marchés Finances has been unable to substantiate price manipulation allegations made by Covéa against Scor.
In March Covéa, which has an 8.5% shareholding in the reinsurer, lodged a complaint against Scor CEO and chairman Denis Kessler with French judicial institution the Parquet National Financier. Covéa
