Axis faces $130m nat cat loss in fourth quarter

Axis Capital estimates it will take a $130m hit as a result of fourth quarter catastrophe and weather-related losses.

The estimate ups the insurers initial figure of loses from the October 2017 Northern California wildfires from $35m to $45m to $54m.
