Compre snaps up Equinox CA Europe
Independent insurance and reinsurance legacy specialist, Compre, has acquired global engineering and construction conglomerate, Equinox CA Europe.
The Irish captive had insured the activities of SNC-Lavalins’ business in France from 2008 until the end of 2016 when the subsidiary was sold.
The acquisition marks Compre’s first within the Irish
