Argo Group acquires Ariel Re for £187m
Argo Group is to acquire Ariel Re for approximately $235m (£187m).
Bermuda-based Argo's purchase of the global insurance and reinsurance underwriter remains subject to regulatory approval and is expected to be complete during the first quarter of 2017.
