Torus set to complete Glacier acquisition
Property and casualty insurer and reinsurer Torus has acquired Glacier Group subsidiary Glacier Insurance subject to regulatory approval.
As part of the deal Torus will retain the underwriting and operational staff of Glacier as well as the firm's offices in Lichtenstein, Zurich, Cologne and London.
