Non-London business now accounts for 43% of Catlin's GWP at Q3
Catlin this morning reported that gross premiums written were up nine per cent to $3.28 bn for the nine months to the 30 September.
Net premiums earned also increased - by 13% to $2.35 bn, with Catlin adding: "Approximately half of this increase is attributable to increases in premium volume and higher rates relating to business
