Lloyd’s reinsurer Catlin has formed a strategic partnership with China Reinsurance Corporation, the country's only state-owned reinsurance group.
Catlin Group and China Re plan to create a special purpose syndicate at Lloyd's of London, providing Lloyd's approves their proposal.
The capital for Syndicate 2088, which will be managed by Catlin
