Arch acquires Ariel Re's Zurich-based credit business
Arch Capital Group is to acquire Ariel Re's Credit & Surety reinsurance operations based in Zurich.
As part of the deal, Ariel Re's Zurich team will transfer to the Zurich office of Arch Reinsurance Europe Underwriting.
The team will be fully operational on the closing of the transaction, ensuring
