Further details have emerged concerning the European Union's decision on Friday to allow some insurance for Iranian oil shipments heading for destinations outside the EU.
The EU agreed to exempt until July 1 some insurance on Iranian oil shipments headed for destinations other than Europe from its embargo on trade in crude, and to decide before the middle of May
