Munich Re has launched an intellectual property insurance policy that provides cover for European businesses facing the threat of IP infringement allegations.
Co-drafted by market-leading IP lawyer Alexander Carter-Silk of Speechly Bircham, the policy has been launched in response to the rise in the number and complexity of challenges in the IP arena.
