Nicola Critchley, partner at DWF, was appointed as president of the Forum for Insurance Lawyers in November 2022. She caught up with Insurance Post to discuss what she hopes to achieve during her time as president, what is on the agenda for 2023, and how the body will support member firms and insurers through a number of reforms that are expected this year.

What do you hope to achieve during your time as Foil president?

First off all, I want to build on all the achievements and work that’s been done previously. We are in times of political uncertainty
