FCA BI test case judgment expected Tuesday
The judgment in the Financial Conduct Authority’s business interruption test case, in which the regulator is representing policyholders against insurers, is expected Tuesday 15 September.
It is expected to give answers to policyholders and insurers as to whether certain BI policies should pay out for coronavirus-related lockdown disruption.
The test case took place via videolink over
