MIB to set up green card booths at ports
Motorists who have failed to obtain a green card prior to driving in Europe will be able to collect one from a port.
The Motor Insurers’ Bureau will establish temporary green card issuing services at four ports: Dover, Folkestone, Portsmouth and Hull.
Drivers will be required to carry certificates of insurance
