ABI urges MOJ to regulate MROs in Medco review
The Association of British Insurers is calling for the regulation of medical reporting agencies in its submission to the Ministry of Justice review of the operation of Medco.
The call, which comes after the MoJ said in July that it would consider reforming the Medco portal, is in response to the actions of some MRO's to circumvent the rules of the new system.
