FCA proposes £34.5m fine for Homeserve
Homeserve UK is facing a £34.5m fine after receiving a draft warning notice from the Financial Conduct Authority.
A statement from Homeserve said the warning relates to an investigation into historic sales and marketing practices, controls and governance and complaints handling at Homeserve Membership.
