Lawyer speaks out over Willis fine
Osborne Clark partner Tim Boyce has commented on the record multi-million pound fine imposed on Willis by the FSA.
The broker has been fined a record £6.9m for FSA handbook breaches - the biggest fine imposed by the FSA in relation to financial crime systems and controls to date.
Mr Boyce said that the Willis fine
