Hoban outlines regulation plans
Mark Hoban, financial secretary to the Treasury, has addressed the House of Commons following George Osborne's Mansion House speach last night on the breaking up of the FSA.
Mr Hoban said:"We will legislate to create the Financial Policy Committee in the Bank of England. It will have the responsibility to look across the economy at the macroeconomic and financial issues
