The Labour Party yesterday pledged to help support small businesses and recognize the need to promote entrepreneurs with the publication of its manifesto.
It said it would help SMEs with their cash flow by continuing its ‘Time to Pay' scheme that it claims has already - through tax and NICs deferral - helped thousands of firms; by offering a one-year
