Court sanctions Chevanstell’s Arran Insurance transfer
High Court gives green light to Randall & Quilter scheme
The High Court has sanctioned a scheme which will see Arran Insurance transfered to Randall & Quilter subsidiary Chevanstell.
The court made the ruling on Friday (4 December), with the scheme taking
