Davies Group gets new equity backer
US private equity firm HGGC has taken a majority stake in Davies Group.
Private equity firm Epiris reported that it sold its stake in Davies to HGGC for £90m.
The deal provides a successful exit for Epiris, formally known as Electra Private Equity, which invested £42m in
