Major FCA outage due to data centre failure
The Financial Conduct Authority said an outage that has taken its reporting system offline was due to a “physical hardware incident in a data centre”.
The outage affects include Gabriel, the regulator's online system for collecting and storing regulatory data from firms.
Earlier, the FCA warned users that a "major IT incident" had taken systems
