Lancashire chairman Thomas to step down
Lancashire Holdings chairman and director Martin Thomas is to step down from both positions following the company's annual general meeting on 4 May.
Non-executive director Peter Clarke will succeed Thomas. Clarke was previously CEO of the Man Group and joined the Lancashire board in 2014.
