Broker banned by FCA for failure on client money
Insurance broker Vroni O’Brien has been banned by the Financial Conduct Authority from undertaking any functions of “significant influence” after it was found she transferred money incorrectly between business and client accounts.
The director and CEO of Joint Aviation at the time; O'Brien, of Northanger Close in Alton, Hampshire, was fined £20,000 by the regulator in a ruling outlined last week (17 December) in which the FCA
