LAS agrees £35m Innovation Group sale
Innovation Group has agreed the £35m acquisition of LAS Claims Management, while also announcing a substantial expansion of its motor claims business.
In a statement this morning (17 February), Innovation Group said that the deal remains subject to the completion of a fundraising exercise, including a £65m share issue. LAS' private equity backer
