Arthur J Gallagher’s entrepreneurial approach to business was a major factor in Grahame Chilton's decision to partner his reinsurance intermediary business Capsicum Re with the broker, he has told Post.
Gallagher announced today it is to launch Capsicum Re with former Benfield chief executive Chilton, who overlooked the possibility of persuing a similar arrangement with Aon in favour of establishing
