SRA issues referral fee ban compliance warning
The Solicitors Regulation Authority has warned personal injury firms some of the models adopted to circumvent the referral fee ban “potentially breach” parts of the code of conduct.
The regulator said it had found "numerous examples" of changes to firm's business models that potentially breach the SRA's code of conduct, which all lawyers must abide by.
