Golf injury liability settlement reached
Lawyers acting for a Scottish golf club and two players have reached a last minute settlement after a liability dispute looked set to reach the Supreme Court.
Niddry Castle Golf Club has agreed a deal after it was apportioned 80% of the liability by Scottish appeal courts in relation to the injury of a player.
