Swinton opens Chelmsford branch
Swinton Group has opened a new commercial branch in Chelmsford, Essex.
The new commercial centre will be headed up by account executive Steve Coughlin, who will relocate from Swinton's Billericay branch.
Coughlin will be joined by senior account handler Christine Dunne
