Spending Review 2010: MoJ budget cut to £7bn
The Ministry of Justice will have its budget slashed from £8.3bn to £7bn by 2014/15 under the government’s spending review.
The cut, announced by chancellor George Osborne, will see average savings of 6% a year, with the department's administration budget slashed by 23%.
