BGL profit up as meerkat boosts performance
BGL Group has recorded an increased pre-tax profit of £62m for the year ending June 2010 (2008/9: £54m).
BGL also saw an increase in its policyholder numbers from 2.7m in 2008/9 to 3.5m.
However, the firm’s year on year growth fell 8% to 16% in 2009/10 (2008/9: 24%).
