Cullum Capital Ventures has acquired Hertfordshire-based brokers Humbergrove and Humbergrove UK.
Run by brothers Kevin and Alan Oxley, Humbergrove and Humbergrove UK is located in Hemel Hempstead and Harpenden.
The businesses will become part of broker Just Insurance, which is led by Rob Simpson
