Gladwell joins to lead Crawford Home
Crawford & Company has named Aviva operations director Greg Gladwell to lead its new end-to-end personal lines service Crawford Home.
Mr Gladwell, who will join Crawford in September, will be responsible for developing new products and services for the division, which combines desk-top claims handling and fulfilment services.
