MoJ draft rules agreed
The Ministry of Justice road traffic accident personal injury draft rules have been agreed and signed off by the rules committee.
Implementation of the rules are set to be in place by 6 April. Justin Jacobs, head of property, motor & liability at the ABI said that the rules committee is still trying to ensure the government
