Amlin swoops for Fortis business
Lloyd's insurer Amlin has announced plans to acquire Fortis Corporate Insurance.
The provider of corporate property and casualty insurance in the Netherlands and Belgium will cost €350m.
To fund the deal Amlin announced a placing of 23 502 567 ordinary shares of 28.125 pence
