Amlin acquires minority shareholding in broker Miles Smith
Amlin, the Lloyd's (re)insurer, said it has acquired a minority shareholding in independent UK retail broker, MS.
MS is an independent broker based in the City of London but covering the entire UK with direct and immediate access into Lloyd’s, the company said in a statement.
