US Congress looks at FAIR Act again
The US Congress is once again looking at legislation that would create a national trust fund to compensate victims of asbestos-related disease.
Congressman Mark Kirk, the bill's chief sponsor, said in a statement that the Fairness in Asbestos Injury Resolution Act, also known as H.R. 1360, would follow the framework negotiated in the SenateOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
