NU unveils up to 1800 job cuts with operations overhaul
Norwich Union Insurance has announced plans to make up to 1800 people redundant by 2010 as part of a plan to consolidate some back office functions.
The move will see customer services, sales, claims and administration consolidated into seven centres.in Norwich, Perth, Bishopbriggs, Stretford, Manchester, Leicester and Southend.
The insurer said
