Allianz welcomes Buncefield judgment
Allianz Insurance has welcomed the end of Total's high court battle with Buncefield partner Chevron.
Total lost its claim against Chevron and will now have to pay for the losses resulting from the explosion at the Hemel Hempstead fuel storage depot in December 2005.
