A new survey from broker Marsh reveals that while the employers'liability market in the UK has stabilised somewhat over the past 12 months, some businesses, particularly in the small and medium-sized sector, are still battling against increasing premium rates.
However, Marsh's research indicates that costs vary widely from sector to sector.
